Terms of service:
1. Reservations. By booking an experience, you agree to pay all charges for your reservation, including the price of the experience, applicable fees such as offline fees, taxes, and other items identified during checkout (collectively, the “ Total price"). You also agree that Coolture Coo may charge and collect any security deposit identified during the reservation and payment process. The cancellation policy and any other regulations, standards, policies or requirements identified in the experience or during the reservation and payment process form part of your contract with Coolture Coo.
1.2 Reservations for Experiences. An Experience entitles you to participate, attend or use such Service. You are responsible for confirming that you and anyone you invite meet the minimum age, ability, physical condition or other requirements set forth. You are responsible for informing Coolture Coo of any medical, physical, or other circumstances that may affect your ability to participate, attend, or use the Service. Except where expressly authorized, you may not allow any person to join a Coolture Coo Service unless listed as an additional guest during the booking process.
2. Cancellations and Refunds. In general, if you as a Guest cancel a reservation, the amount that will be refunded to you will be the total price that you paid for the Service, only if you do so 24 hours before starting the Service.
3. Reservation Modifications. Guests are responsible for any Booking Modifications they agree to make through the Coolture Coo Platform and agree to pay any additional amounts, fees or taxes associated with any Booking Modifications.
4. Fees. Coolture Coo may charge fees (and applicable Taxes) to coollab Experience Hosts for the use of the Coolture Coo Platform. Service fees are non-refundable. Coolture Coo reserves the right to change service fees at any time, and will notify coollab Experience Hosts of any fee changes before they become effective. Rate changes will not affect reservations made prior to the effective date of the rate change.
5. Rules. You must follow these rules and must not help or induce others to break or circumvent them.
o Act with integrity and treat others with respect.
o Do not lie, misrepresent or falsely represent anyone or pretend to be someone else.
o Be polite and respectful when communicating or interacting with others.
o Do not discriminate against or harass others.
o Use the Coolture Coo Platform only as authorized by these Terms or another agreement with Coolture Coo.
o You may use the Content available through the Coolture Coo Platform solely as necessary to enable the use of the Coolture Coo Platform as a Guest.
o Do not use the Content unless you have permission from its owner or the use is authorized by us in these Terms or another agreement you have with Coolture Coo.
o Do not book Coolture Coo Services unless you are actually going to use them.
o Do not use, copy, display, or mirror the Coolture Coo Platform, any Content, any Coolture Coo brand, or any page design or layout without Coolture Coo's consent.
o Comply with your legal obligations.
o Understand and follow the laws that apply to you, including privacy and data protection laws.
o Read and follow the Terms, Policies and Standards.
o Do not use the name, logo, trademark or trademarks of Coolture Coo or others without authorization.
o Do not use or register any domain, social media username, trade name, trademark, brand, logo, or other source identifier that could be confused with the Coolture Coo brand.
o Do not offer or solicit prostitution services or take part in or facilitate human trafficking.
6. Modification. Coolture Coo may modify these Terms at any time. If changes are made to these Terms, the revised version will be posted on the Coolture Coo Platform and updated on the date indicated in “Last Updated” at the beginning of these Terms.
7. Role of Coolture Coo. We offer a platform that allows Members to search for and book Experience Services. Although we do our best to ensure that Members have an excellent experience with Coolture Coo, we do not and cannot control the conduct of other Guests.
8. Members Account. You must register an account to access and book Coolture Coo Platform Experience Services. Registration is only allowed for legal entities, associations and individuals or natural persons over 18 years of age. You represent and warrant that you are not a person or entity that cannot use the Coolture Coo Platform in accordance with the laws of Colombia, your place of residence or any other applicable jurisdiction. You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and keep your account information current. You may not register more than one account or transfer your account to another person. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and may not disclose them to any third party. You are responsible for activities conducted through your account and you must notify Coolture Coo immediately if you suspect your credentials have been lost, stolen, or your account is otherwise compromised.

9. Add a Payment Method. When you add a Payment Method to your account on the Coolture Coo Platform, you will be asked to provide certain billing information, such as name, billing address, and information about the added financial instrument. You authorize Coolture Coo and its payment service providers to collect and store your Payment Method information.
9.1 Payment Method Verification. When you add or use a new Payment Method, Coolture Coo may verify it by authorizing your Payment Method for one or two nominal amounts through a payment service provider and asking you to confirm such amounts, or by providing a bank statement. Coolture Coo can, and is entitled to, initiate refunds of these amounts from your Payment Method. When you add a Payment Method during the checkout process, Coolture Coo will automatically save and add that Payment Method to your account on the Coolture Coo Platform so you can use it for future transactions. You may remove the Payment Method from your Coolture Coo account as long as it is not associated with an active or future reservation.
10. Payment Authorization. You authorize Coolture Coo to charge your Payment Method (including charging more than one Payment Method), directly or indirectly, all fees due (including applicable taxes) in connection with your Coolture Coo account.
11. Your Payment Method is Your Responsibility. Coolture Coo is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of incorrect Payment Method information provided by you.
